Victoria Post Ranney

Victoria Post Ranney was President of Prairie Holdings Corporation and co-developer of Prairie Crossing. She was an Associate Editor of the 12-volume Papers Of Frederick Law Olmsted, and wrote Olmsted in Chicago. She co-founded Friends of the Parks in Chicago and chaired the boards of the Illinois Humanities Council, the Illinois Nature Preserves Commission and Liberty Prairie Foundation. She has also served on the board of Wes Jackson’s Land Institute.
